In Abu Dhabi, on the streets, there are so many cats that are hurt, hungry, or just days old. But we have Feline Friends to thank for helping those cats and giving them medicine to stop the illnesses that they got on the streets or other cats have given them.

Last month, my friends, my parents, some high school students, and I created a bake sale to raise money for Feline Friends at the American Community School. My friends, Sarah, Carly, and Julia, all helped by either bringing food or helping out the stall. The high school students not only helped out with the stall, and donated cat food they also raised 800 dhs in their own bake sale!

The money from the elementary bake sale total was 790 dhs! With the high school students’ money, the grand total ACS has raised for Feline Friends is 1590 dhs! So thank you to all the people who helped: Ms. Shartzer, my parents, the high school students, Carly, Julia, Sarah, their parents and all of you who bought food and merchandise from the Feline Friends bake sale!
